Welcome To Our New Photographer!
Andie Smith is a Dallas-based freelance photographer, specializing in editorial and fine art photography. She is also the eight behind eight18 photography. She realized photography was more than just a hobby while studying graphic design at The Art Institute – Dallas. Andie knew she had the skills to succeed as a photographer, so she jetted off to southern Florida where she studied photography at The Art Institute – Fort Lauderdale.
Andie enjoys capturing real life through her lens. She considers the people she captures with her lens as friends and wants to show everyone who they are. Photography is not the only art in Andie’s life, she comes from a theater background. Her summers were spent at San Diego Junior Theater Camp, and in the small town acting classes her mom and aunt taught.
